A leading global authority on corporate and technology transformations, Amir Hartman is an international bestselling author and sought-after advisor to senior business leaders in a broad cross-section of industries. Amir is on the faculty at both Columbia's Graduate School of Business and Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where he teaches in their Executive MBA programs. Amir has worked with some of the leading global organizations: 3M, Baxter, Chevron, GM, Honeywell, HP, Novartis, Oracle, Young Presidents Organization (YPO). Prior to forming Mainstay Partners, Amir was the Managing Director for Cisco Systems' Corporate Internet Strategy and the Internet Business Solutions Group. In this role he was responsible for shaping Cisco's Internet business strategy and advising key customers in the same capacity.
Craig LeGrande

Craig is a Managing Director and Co-founder of Mainstay Partners. Craig has served as a senior advisor to leading automotive, retail and high technology companies providing management consulting services focused on new market opportunities, capital investment strategy, and strategic planning. Craig has also worked with leaders in the high tech industry to augment their solutions messaging. With over 50 customer case studies and value-oriented research papers published for high tech leaders such as Oracle, SAP, EDS, BearingPoint, EMC, and Network Appliance, Craig continues to provide Mainstay's clients with objective and quantitative evidence of their solutions' value.
Prior to forming Mainstay Partners, Craig worked in Cisco's Internet Business Solutions Group ("IBSG") advising Cisco Systems' manufacturing customers on opportunities to accelerate their success by developing Internet solutions. Prior to Cisco, Craig worked in Accenture's (formerly Andersen Consulting) Strategic Services Practice advising Fortune 500 executives of companies including Bank of America, Ford Motor Company, and Pepsi.
Craig received a Masters of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering with Honors.
Ari C. Adler

Ari joined Mainstay as a Managing Director in 2007 with over a dozen years of experience as an executive-level business consultant & strategic sales programs director. Prior to joining Mainstay, Ari was a Senior Director at Oracle Corporation driving global field sales support programs focused on value selling enablement. Prior roles at Oracle include business development responsibilities for emerging business solutions and directing sales & marketing programs targeted at expanding Oracle's presence in CPG & Retail industries. Ari also advised Oracle's top customer executives as a business consultant, helping them to prioritize software-enabled productivity and competitive opportunities. Prior to joining Oracle, Ari consulted for Mars & Co, advising clients on business strategy opportunities to executives of leading Consumer, Industrial, Automotive, Hotel and Financial Services companies in North & South America.
Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
